		<description>England has (or at least had when I was growing up) the same system.  I think I still have 80 quid in a postal account over there... well I did back in 1987.  I'm probably up to 150 by now, which is just enough to drive my car into London and have some lunch money left over after giving Red Ken his cut.</description>
