Something has gone wrong with the path to your Highslide files. Try deactivating and then reactivating Shashin, in case you forgot to do that during your upgrade. But I just upgraded to 2.7 and noticed an issue. Before when I clicked on a thumbnail, it would use Highslide and teh image would enlarge and do all the other slick things that Highslide can do.
