		<description>England has (or at least had when I was growing up) the same system.  I think I still have 80 quid in a postal account over there... well I did back in 1987.  I&#039;m probably up to 150 by now, which is just enough to drive my car into London and have some lunch money left over after giving Red Ken his cut.</description>
