Pat, good thinking, but unfortunately that phrase ain&#039;t gonna be all that useful.  I&#039;ve lived 3 and a half years total in Tokyo and have yet to find any decent pho... the so-called pho restaurants are certainly pretty though.  If need be, there&#039;s one in Akasaka that manages to make something not entirely unlike pho...
